Syntropic farming is an ancient, indigenous agriculture technology that combines reforestation with the abundant production of food. It combines vegetable production in successional harvests with the growing of fruit, biomass and timber trees and guarantees the highest yields per square meter while restoring ecosystems.
This is a system that can be replicated anywhere, regardless of location, land size, or soil type. It results in improved soil quality while also facilitating significant reductions in water and nutrient inputs.
The course will be a combination of theory and fieldwork, so bring appropriate clothing and shoes- meals will be provided.
The course is free of charge for those that register. To register write us at narokiwa.sibuga@apopo.org
